With a distinguished background spanning over three decades, Collado brings a wealth of expertise in contracting, logistics, and supply chain management.
Collado's career journey began with a 22-year tenure in the Navy, where he honed his operational skills in Aviation, eventually specializing in contracting and logistics. His experience extended to Newport News Shipbuilding (NNS), where he held key positions in supply chain and finance. After NNS he accepted the role as Director of Supply Management for MAERSK Line, Limited (MLL) an AP MOLLER company where his innovative approach to procurement and financial management put MLL in the forefront of the industry.
One of Collado's standout achievements was his transformative role as Head of Procurement at The Port of Virginia since 2017. Under his leadership, Collado introduced innovative programs for equipment disposal, resulting in over $2 million in revenue generated by repurposing assets, rather than conventional scrapping methods. His approach extended to the successful repurposing of ship-to-shore cranes, a groundbreaking initiative in the port's history.

In his capacity as Chief Operating Officer, Collado will oversee operations across both Geese and Impact, spearheading new processes and controls across their transportation and logistics operations.
